SRE DevOps Engineer

The purpose of your role is to collaborate with Application teams and developers to enhance coordination among operations, development, and testing functions through automation and streamlining of integration and deployment processes. You will be responsible for aligning and focusing on continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) of technology in applications. Additionally, you will plan and execute the DevOps pipeline supporting the application life cycle across the DevOps toolchain, from planning and coding to building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring. Your duties will include managing the IT infrastructure according to the requirements of the supported software code, on-boarding applications on the DevOps tool, configuring them as per clients" needs, creating user access workflows, and providing user access following defined processes. You will also be involved in building and engineering the DevOps tool based on customization suggestions from clients and collaborating with development staff to address coding and scripting requirements for connecting code elements necessary to run software releases with operating systems and production infrastructure. In this role, you will leverage tools to automate testing and deployment in a DevOps environment, provide customer support/service on DevOps tools, and ensure timely support for internal and external customers on multiple platforms. It will be your responsibility to address and resolve tickets raised on these tools within specified timelines, ensuring customer satisfaction. You are expected to follow escalation processes promptly when resolution becomes complicated or unresolved and troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis of critical/repeatable issues. Your performance will be measured based on 100% error-free onboarding and implementation of continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring, as well as timely customer resolution within specified timeframes to maintain zero escalations.
