SRE Architect

You will be responsible for leading efforts to design DevOps, Observability, and Site Reliability solution propositions in order to automate processes, enhance system reliability, and implement best practices across the organization. Your role will involve serving as an architect in Practice, COE, and HBUs, where you will create service offerings, solution accelerators, and unique selling propositions. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in driving automation, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), and monitoring capabilities to improve development and operations processes. As an SRE Architect, you will lead and execute the design, definition, and prototyping of an end-to-end unified observability system utilizing tools like NewRelic, Splunk, and Grafana Stack. You will define build, implementation, and deployment strategies for DevOps, Observability, and Site Reliability Engineering. Furthermore, you will be responsible for marketing technology and domain solutions/service offerings to both internal and external stakeholders, as well as managing business relationships with technology partners and start-up ecosystems to maintain a competitive edge. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and customer success, possessing excellent communication and articulation skills. You should have prior experience in presenting capabilities and solutions to end customers, along with a minimum of 3 years of pre-sales experience. This includes working with RFI/RFP, developing technical designs, and presenting solutions to stakeholders. You must have extensive experience in assessing SRE, DevOps, and Observability maturity states, with the ability to define improvement roadmaps. Preferred skills for this role include deep expertise in Time Series Databases configurations and implementation on AWS cloud, as well as experience in designing and implementing observability projects on containerized applications using tools like NewRelic, Splunk, and Grafana Stack. You should also have deep expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end distributed tracing using various Daemonsets/agents and telemetry gathering patterns. Additionally, experience in Monitoring & Observability automation, including Prometheus based alerting, is desirable. If you possess experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and have a strong background in observability tools like Splunk, NewRelic, AWS CloudWatch, AWS OpenSearch, and ELK, you are encouraged to apply.
