Role Overview

The SRE Administrator ensures reliability, scalability, and performance of enterprise systems by blending software engineering with operations, automating solutions to reduce toil and improve system health. Responsibilities include proactive monitoring, incident management, alerting setup, and collaboration with developers for stable deployments across cloud platforms and container orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement monitoring tools, alerting systems, and observability for critical infrastructure to maintain application stability and detect issues early.

• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, post-mortems, and coordination with development teams during CI/CD deployments.

• Automate infrastructure using IaC, coding languages, and tools for cloud platforms, container orchestration, and AI/ML use cases to minimize manual operations.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in monitoring tools, incident management, cloud platforms, container orchestration (Kubernetes/OpenShift), coding languages (Python/Go), CI/CD tools, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible).

• Strong automation mindset, risk mitigation, and cross-team collaboration for scalable, resilient systems.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related.

• Experience: 8-12 years in SRE/DevOps with enterprise systems reliability.
