Sr.Architect/Sr.Structural Engineer/ Rebar Draughtsman For UAE/Chennai

• Sr. Architect / Structural Engineers should have minimum 5 years relevant experience in Gulf Projects.

• Work as a Team Member to coordinate design projects with Designers, Architects, Engineers and other Revit technicians.

• Work under the direction of Technical Manager, BIM Coordinator / Manager

For Rebar Detailers/ Draughtsman's

• Develop and Prepare Structural GA drawings using REVIT and Auto CAD

• Develop and prepare reinforcement shop drawings using

  CADS RC

  and Autocad or associated programs based on direction and design provided by TL/ Manager.

• Preparation of Bar Bending schedules. Knowledge of ACI and British standards.

• Utilize customized tools, utilities and scripts to automate work process and improve Revit productivity and efficiency in compliance the company standards.

• Work under the direction of Technical Manager, BIM Coordinator / Manager

• Ensure construction documents accuracy based on discipline CADS RC/ BIM Modelling and AutoCAD

• Ability to export DWF and other formats for collaboration internally and externally.

• Good level of communication and writing skills.

• Leveraging CADS RC / BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile for SR. Structural Engineer

Gulf Project Experience Required.

Minimum 6 years Experience in CADs RC, Autocad and REVIT

Should be able to lead the Rebar Detailers team

Location: UAE

Qualification & Experience: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Job Responsibilities:

-Review tender documents (drawings, specifications, BOQ, scope of work) and identify requirements.

-Raise RFIs/clarifications after reviewing tender documents.

-Prepare and send enquiries to vendors; obtain and evaluate quotations in compliance with tender requirements.

-Analyse and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations.

-Perform quantity take-offs from tender drawings using estimation tools (e.g., PlanSwift).

Coordinate with the procurement department to negotiate with vendors and obtain cost inputs.
