Sr. UX/UI Designer & Trainer

As a Sr. UX/UI Designer & Trainer, you will have the opportunity to inspire students aspiring to enter the design world, while also staying up-to-date with the latest tools and product workflows. You will train small groups of dedicated design enthusiasts, mentor them, and review their real-world projects such as apps, dashboards, and brand systems. Your role will involve working on an e-learning platform and mobile app to enhance user experience, collaborating with developers to create user-friendly portals and web apps, identifying and resolving UX issues, conducting usability tests, and providing guidance for design improvements. Additionally, you will be expected to stay informed about industry trends such as Design Systems, Product Thinking, AI in Design, Inclusive Design, and Micro-interactions. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design covering research, wireframing, prototyping, and final hand-off stages. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential. A strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, layouts, and interaction design is required. Effective communication skills are also crucial as you will need to articulate design decisions clearly and passionately. While not mandatory, experience in Product Design, including flows, systems, and product-strategy alignment, would be considered a bonus. Exposure to dashboards, design systems, or collaborating with product teams is also preferred.
