Sr. UX/UI Designer & Trainer

Role Overview: As a Sr. UX/UI Designer & Trainer, you will have the opportunity to combine your passion for design with mentoring by inspiring students aspiring to enter the design industry. You will work hands-on with the latest tools and product workflows, while building your own portfolio of case studies through teaching. Key Responsibilities: - Train small, focused batches of passionate design aspirants. - Design, mentor, and review real-world projects such as apps, dashboards, and brand systems. - Enhance the experience on our e-learning platform and mobile app. - Collaborate with developers to deliver user-friendly portals and web apps. - Identify and address UX problems, conduct usability tests, and guide design iterations. - Stay updated on industry trends including Design Systems, Product Thinking, AI in Design, Inclusive Design, and Micro-interactions. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI, covering research, wireframes, prototypes, and final hand-off. - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator. - Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, layouts, and interaction design. - Effective communicator capable of explaining design decisions clearly and passionately.
