Job Description

Lead design discussions with product managers and business leads to define user requirements and design goals; collaborate with developers to create technically feasible, optimal user experiences. Create annotated prototypes and wireframes using Figma, maintaining a user-centered approach that follows best practices and accessibility guidelines. Utilize JIRA for tracking design tasks, managing workflows, and proactively solve problems to meet timelines and objectives. Communicate design ideas clearly to customers and teams; engage in design critiques and foster a collaborative team environment to drive continuous improvement. Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and AI developments; adapt quickly to fast-paced environments and new tools. Must-have skills include proficiency with Figma, wireframing, prototyping, responsive web and mobile design, and deep knowledge of UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards. Preferred skills: experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SAFe Agile processes, Figma design systems, data visualization, and Agile team principles. Strong soft skills: analytical troubleshooting, excellent communication, proactive problem-solving, timely participation in meetings and SCRUM ceremonies; portfolio submission required.
