Job Description

As a Senior Design Manager at Adobe Design, you will lead the design efforts for products across the Digital Video and Audio org (DVA) within the Creative Cloud business. You will work on developing industry-leading graphic design tools that empower creatives to design anything they can imagine. Your role will involve partnering with talented designers to create compelling user experiences and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. - Partner with Product, Research, Engineering, and Marketing to define key objectives and identify impactful features to build. - Champion creativity, ingenuity, and forward-thinking to create valuable solutions for users. - Lead and strengthen a team of designers to craft innovative and compelling experiences. - Foster a collaborative environment that encourages deep partnership with cross-functional teams and upholds high design standards. - Advocate for a culture of research and validation to guide design decisions. - Represent the team in influencing design and cross-functional leaders. - Bring 10+ years of experience in the product design industry, launching products that delight, innovate, and scale. - Demonstrate 5+ years of people management and leadership experience, including hiring, training, and developing designers. - Guide your team in conducting research, presenting results, and aligning design decisions with user insights and business goals. - Adapt to working in large global teams and champion the needs of diverse users. - Promote customer-centricity, accessibility, inclusion, and good design choices across functions. - Utilize strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills effectively.
