Job Description

As a Sr. UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping Consultant, your role involves utilizing your expertise in Kronos Timekeeping as well as functional consulting to contribute effectively to the team. Your responsibilities include: - Implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM building blocks such as accruals, timekeeping, scheduling, and absence management. - Developing Data views, Genies, BIRT Studio reports, and Hyper-finds. - Leading the team and conducting overall functional and Boomi integration testing. - Demonstrating proficiency in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and solution design. - Ensuring a solid understanding of testing artifacts, test planning, test strategy, test case/scripts creation, test execution, and test results. - Supporting during EST time zone and diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to Kronos components. Qualifications Required for this role: - Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Kronos Timekeeping/Functional Consultant. - UKG Pro WFM certification as a timekeeping consultant. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. - Strong understanding of HR Data and related systems.
