Sr. UI/UX Designer

Were looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can turn complex ideas into simple, intuitive experiences. Youll work closely with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to design elegant, user-centered solutions across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.

Responsibilities

• Translate detailed and complex input from product, engineering, users, and SMEs into clear and intuitive interfaces
• Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final visual designs
• Design responsive experiences across mobile, web, and desktop applications
• Work iteratively with product and engineering teams to refine solutions within time constraints
• Contribute to and improve design systems, workflows, and design tools
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers
• Participate in post-launch reviews to evaluate user engagement and inform future improvements

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in UX/UI or product design
• 4+ years in a senior or lead design role owning projects from kickoff through post-launch
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions
• Comfortable collaborating with designers, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple concurrent projects
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with other design tools is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
