Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Senior UI/UX Designer. The role involves designing and refining user interface (UI) elements and user experiences (UX) through thorough research and iterative processes. Responsibilities include creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, ensuring visual design consistency, and collaborating closely with development teams to implement designs effectively. The Senior UI/UX Designer will play a key role in ensuring that our software solutions are visually appealing, intuitive, and user-centric.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Visual Design and the creation of high-quality Mockups.
• Strong expertise in User Experience (UX) design and User Interface Design.
• Knowledge of Front-End Development principles to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Ability to create user-centered designs leveraging user research, usability principles, and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Procreate or Sketch.
• Problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, or related field; relevant experience is an advantage.
• Experience with responsive design, accessibility standards, and designing for mobile and web platforms is desirable.
