Sr Test Lead Business Process Re-engineering

Description:

• The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a technologist someone who can disrupt the status quo, introduce modern testing approaches, and foster collaboration within the team

Responsibilities:

• Technology Leadership: Evaluate, introduce, and implement modern testing tools, frameworks, and best practices (AI/ML in testing, cloud-based testing, continuous testing)
• Automation Strategy: Define and execute a robust test automation strategy across functional, regression, performance, and security testing
• Innovation Mindset: Bring a disruptive thought process to problem-solving while ensuring team alignment and adoption
• Ability to consider alternative viewpoints and adapt approach when required
• Team Development: Mentor and upskill the testing team in cutting-edge technologies and methodologies
• Collaboration: Communication and co-ordination with international teams
• Partner with development, product, and DevOps teams to embed quality early in the lifecycle (Shift-Left Testing)
• Quality Metrics: Define measurable KPIs for quality, test effectiveness, automation coverage, and continuous improvement
• Scalability: Build testing processes and platforms that can scale with product growth and evolving technology needs
• Delivery : Work closely with internal organizations, project teams and clients to develop project schedules, execute test plans and cases, and deliver high quality products Enhance Quality Assurance processes, environments, tools and frameworks Champion
