Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sr. Test Engineer with 12 years of experience to join our team in IDESLABS PRIVATE LIMITED, contributing to the development and implementation of innovative testing solutions.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop comprehensive test plans and cases for complex software applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and maintain automated testing scripts using various tools and technologies.
Analyze and report defects found during testing, providing recommendations for improvement.
Participate in agile development methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its applications in software testing.
Experience with automation testing tools and technologies, such as Selenium or Appium.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide creative solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with distributed teams.
Ability to work in an agile environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
