Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr Tele counselor ,located in Kochi. The Sr Tele Counselor will be responsible for managing the counseling process, providing information to prospective students, assisting with admissions, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, processing applications, and contributing to the development and implementation of admissions strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience into admissions
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Experience with PG level Admissions
• Customer Service and Education sector knowledge
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor’s degree / Post graduation preferred
