Role Overview: As a Content Strategist at ServiceNow, you will play a crucial role in defining content strategy for multiple applications to ensure customers can achieve their goals effectively. Your responsibilities will include driving the execution of content strategy, contributing high-quality technical content, coordinating with subject matter experts, and influencing product strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Define content strategy for multiple applications, including information architecture, textual content, and multimedia assets - Drive the execution of content strategy by contributing high-quality technical content and coordinating efforts of subject matter experts, reviewers, and multimedia content producers - Use your strong understanding of ServiceNow products and specific users to influence product strategy and create content experiences that accelerate customer success - Provide impactful leadership in teams by considering diverse perspectives and structuring collaborative work effectively Qualifications Required: - Experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving - English language proficiency demonstrated through an assessment via HackerRank - Understanding of content development life cycles and processes - 7+ years of work experience in technical communication - Samples of prior technical writing work showcasing clear communication of complex technical information - Experience authoring in DITA, Markdown, or another structured authoring architecture - Experience defining content strategy and leading content development projects - Experience influencing or leading diverse, collaborative writing teams Company Details: ServiceNow is an equal opportunity employer, providing a flexible work environment with work personas assigned based on work nature and location.
