Role Overview: As a member of the Platform & AI Solution Consulting team, you will have a crucial role in shaping the customer experience of AI on the Now Platform. Your responsibility will be to transform innovative ideas into functional prototypes by combining creativity with engineering expertise. This hands-on technical role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to design and deliver proofs-of-concept and demo solutions that highlight the capabilities of AI and automation on the Now Platform. Key Responsibilities: - Prototype & Build: Develop AI-powered demos, proof-of-concepts, and accelerators for different use cases. - Experiment & Integrate: Explore and test Now Assist capabilities and external APIs to create unique use cases leveraging Workflow Data Fabric. - Collaborate: Work closely with AI Architects, Product Management, and Customer Excellence teams to bring conceptual designs to life through rapid iteration. - Showcase Value: Provide technical expertise during sales cycles, create custom demo builds, and conduct customer workshops. - Document & Scale: Maintain technical documentation, setup guides, and reusable assets for wider use. - Enable: Share best practices and mentor colleagues on building and deploying AI prototypes on ServiceNow. - Learn & Evolve: Stay updated on AI trends, engineering practices, and model evaluation techniques to ensure cutting-edge and responsible demos. Qualifications: - 5 years of pre-sales solution consulting, technical consulting, or software engineering experience. - Proficiency with the ServiceNow Platform, especially App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Now Assist. - Ability to design and build data-driven workflows, integrations, or automation prototypes. - Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow low-code, and scripted development. - Understanding of LLMs embeddings, prompt design, and API integration (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Vertex). - Excellent communication skills to translate technical depth into clear business value.
