Job Description

As a Senior Technical Specialist in Application Development for Java HCM at Hyderabad, Telangana, India, your main role will involve supporting customers by handling customer calls, inquiries, and complaints resulting in trouble tickets, order input, data gathering, and traffic studies. You will collaborate with various groups to resolve billing, message, and trouble issues that directly impact the services provided to customers.
