SR TECHNICAL SPECIALIST, APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT Java HCM

You will be responsible for supporting customers through various activities such as receiving customer calls, inquiries, and complaints, handling trouble tickets, order input, data gathering, and traffic studies. You will collaborate with different teams to resolve billing, message, and trouble issues that directly impact the service provided to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Support customers through various activities like receiving calls, inquiries, and complaints - Handle trouble tickets, order input, data gathering, and traffic studies - Collaborate with different teams for billing, message, and trouble resolutions - Ensure excellent service delivery to customers Qualifications: - Experience in Call Center Technologies - Proficiency in CRM Strategy Design and Implementation - Familiarity with Customer Support Policies, Standards & Procedures - Strong Customer Interaction skills - Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - Experience in Customer Support Operations - Ability to deliver customer-focused results - Experience in operations management, preferably 3-5 years as an Operations Manager - Overall experience of 10+ years - Experience with AT&T's MRS/MLAN/MSS Services is preferable - Customer-facing operations management experience - Availability to work in US ET shift to support US Ops management shift - Hands-on troubleshooting experience in WAN/LAN/FW is highly desired Please send your resume to Clabse India Private Limited at info@eximiustechinnovation.com.,
