Sr Technical Lead- TypeScript developer

As a Senior Technical Lead at our company, you will be responsible for driving the development of high-quality games across iOS and Android platforms using TypeScript. Your role will involve being a game enthusiast with a strong eye for detail, deeply invested in game UI/UX design, animation, audio/video integration, gameplay mechanics, and physics. You will play both an individual contributor and a mentor to other team members, guiding them in implementing features and maintaining a high standard of code and design quality. **Key Responsibilities:** - Strong expertise in TypeScript with hands-on experience in modern development practices. - Proficiency in scripting, animation, session management, and texture handling for interactive applications and games. - Experience in memory and space optimization to ensure high performance and efficiency. - Acting as a technical role model during critical situations, providing direction and resolution when needed. - Demonstrating a strong sense of ownership, prioritizing business and team objectives over personal interests. - Engaging with global partners to understand project requirements, evaluate changes, and ensure timely delivery. - Providing technical leadership and support throughout the Software Development Process (SDLC) for high-quality, timely product releases. - Assisting team members in resolving critical technical issues with minimal disruption to development timelines. - Offering mentorship, coaching, and training to encourage continuous learning and professional growth within the team. - Collaborating closely with local and global leaders to efficiently plan, estimate, and implement project tasks. **Qualifications Required:** - 6+ years of work experience. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. - Experience in the gaming domain is a plus.
