Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Architect specializing in AI to join our team and collaborate with the Principal Architect on developing and deploying LLM Agents & Multi-Agent Frameworks. You should have over 12 years of experience in software engineering, particularly focusing on AI/ML. This role requires exceptional problem-solving abilities and a solid execution mindset to lead the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing AI agents and multi-agent frameworks in collaboration with the Principal Architect. You will be tasked with creating robust, scalable, and maintainable microservices architectures, ensuring smooth integration of AI agents with core systems and databases. Additionally, you will develop APIs and SDKs for both internal and external use, working closely with data scientists to optimize LLMs for specific tasks and domains. Your role will also involve implementing ML Ops practices, designing comprehensive monitoring solutions to track model performance, and utilizing containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for efficient application deployment. You will leverage cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for infrastructure services and design data pipelines for effective data ingestion, transformation, and storage. Ensuring data quality and security throughout the data lifecycle will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 12 years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on AI/ML. Hands-on experience with backend technologies like Node.js, Python, or Java is essential, as well as familiarity with cloud platforms and proficiency in frontend frameworks (optional). The ideal candidate will have proven experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable, and maintainable architectures, along with excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML is highly valued. If you have end-to-end experience with at least one full AI stack on Azure, AWS, or GCP and hands-on experience with agent frameworks and databases, you are encouraged to apply.,
