Proficient in file transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP), secure communication technologies (SSH, SSL), and basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. Adept at cryptography, firewall configurations, and application testing across development, testing, UAT, and production environments. Experienced in data center types and migration strategies. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to ensure seamless IT support and system security. Years of experience needed - 2 Technical Skills: Working knowledge in Operating systems, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint FTP - file transfer protocol SSH - Secure Shell, SSH keys, private and public keys, Types of configurations in SSH SSL - Secure Sockets Layer, SSL certificates update SFTP - Secure File Transfer Protocol Basic Network concepts like TCPIP, IP Address, Subnet mask, Gateway, DNS, DHCP Cryptography and its types Firewalls and its types Application testing environments - Development, Testing, UAT, Production, Application Testing types Datacenter types, Data center migration approaches Certifications Needed: No About Mphasis Equal Opportunity Employer:
