Sr Tech Lead - Technology & Platform Development

You will be responsible for software development projects which include designing, developing, testing, debugging, and implementing software applications to meet the needs of end users. This role involves day-to-day operations management. Your key responsibilities will include participating in design discussions and planning meetings, developing new applications based on business requirements, translating designs into high-quality code throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), defining infrastructure and deployment requirements, building and maintaining operational tools for testing, deployment, monitoring, and analysis, integrating software components and third-party programs, testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading software across various services and functional areas, creating technical documentation, collaborating with Product Owners and teams in story grooming, backlog maintenance, prioritization, and planning, preparing Test Strategies and Test Design, identifying tools and approaches for automated testing, and generating test reports based on features, modules, severity, and releases. Desired skill sets for this role include expert code and test case writing skills, ability to develop unit testing of code components or complete applications, understanding of software engineering concepts, experience with software design, coding, testing, and development, and knowledge and/or experience in scrum/Agile techniques.,
