You're an experienced and collaborative engineer ready to build and enhance advanced AI-driven features and systems. What You'll Do:

• Continuously develop new features and enhance our AI-powered platform to improve the insurance experience
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, ML researchers, PMs, and DevOps to ship secure, scalable applications
• Build and maintain robust, extensible code in

  Python

• Architect end-to-end solutions, ensuring scalable and efficient deployment of AI models and APIs
• Design, develop, and optimize AI model inference pipelines and real-time AI systems
• Integrate LLMs with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma)
• Build internal tooling to support AI research and streamline ML workflows
• Develop and maintain

  RESTful

  and

  GraphQL APIs

  for AI-based services
• Work within Agile/Kanban frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to team-wide best practices
• Participate in technical discussions, architectural design, and project planning
• Stay up to date with AI advancements, sharing knowledge and influencing product direction

What You'll Need:

• 510+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years on AI-related projects
• Strong proficiency in

  Python

  TypeScript/JavaScript

• Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures

• Familiarity with Kubernetes
