Sr Staff Engineer , Mixed Signal Analog Design

Become a key member of a growing Analog design and development team specializing in High Speed Serdes Interfaces. Your responsibilities will include leading the development of Analog Full custom circuit macros such as CTLE, Analog Front End, DFE, high-speed clock paths, low-power biasing, PLL, Regulators, equalizers, necessary for High Speed PHY IP in planer and fin-fet CMOS technology. You will collaborate with experienced teams locally as well as individuals from various global sites. An essential aspect of this role involves analyzing mixed signal techniques for dynamic and static power reduction, performance enhancement, and area reduction. Leveraging your expertise in circuit simulation, circuit layout, and knowledge of bipolar, CMOS, passive structure, and interconnect failure modes is crucial. Key Qualifications: - BE with over 10 years of relevant experience or MTech with over 8 years of relevant experience in Electrical/Electronics/VLSI Engineering or a related field of study. Technical Attributes: Mandatory: - Profound knowledge in CMOS circuit design fundamentals, device physics, layout, parasitic extraction, spice simulation, sub-micron design methodologies, PLL/DLL, Voltage Regulators, data converters, Equalizers, Impedance calibrators. - Experience in Analog transistor level circuit design in nanometer technologies. - Familiarity with Multi Gbps range High-speed designs. - Ability to micro-architect circuits from specifications, create simulation benches for verification, and understand/debug circuits. - Strong understanding of layout, parasitic extraction, and reduction techniques. - Expertise in spice simulations and various sub-micron design methodologies. Preferred: - Familiarity with Multi Gbps range High-speed designs and corresponding specifications. - Knowledge in designs of PLLs, Regulators, Equalizers, Impedance calibrators. - Understanding of automation/Scripting language.,
