Sr Staff Engineer (DevOps + FPGA background)

As a Sr. Staff Software Development Engineer at Lattice, you will be part of a dynamic and energizing international community of engineers, designers, and specialists dedicated to developing cutting-edge programmable logic solutions. In this role, you will be accountable for various responsibilities, including familiarity and hands-on experience with DevOps principles such as CI/CD, Perforce/Github, and EDA tools. You will have the opportunity to innovate in GenAI applications and productivity automation, administer public multi-cloud and private cloud environments, and work with FPGAs and tool flows from Lattice, Intel, and Xilinx. Your understanding of RTL design and knowledge of UVM will be valuable assets as you adopt best-in-class methodologies and enhance Lattice's capabilities. To excel in this position, you should hold a BS/MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Systems, or a related field, with at least 12 years of experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages like Tcl, Perl, or Python is essential, with a strong preference for Tcl.
