Microsoft SPFx Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze customer requirements and convert them into detailed documentation.
  
• Prepare

  requirement documents

  ,

  technical design documents

  , and solution architecture notes.
• Develop

  SPFx Web Parts, Extensions, and Application Customizers

  for SharePoint Online.
• Build responsive UI components using

  React JS, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SASS

  , and

  Fluent UI

  .
• Use

  Microsoft Graph API

  , REST API, and

  PnP JS

  for integrations.
• Develop

  SharePoint Apps

  ,

  Teams-based Apps

  , and

  Microsoft Office Add-ins

  .
• Utilize

  Vibe Coding tools

  to speed up development and ensure scalable code quality.
• Work with

  Azure DevOps

  for repositories, work item tracking, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments.
• Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and enhance existing Microsoft 365 applications.
  
• Ensure high-quality delivery and collaborate with customers & internal teams for successful project outcomes.
  

• Good to Have:

  Experience with

  Power Platform

  (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Required Skills

• 4~7 years of experience in

  SharePoint Online

  and

  SPFx development

  .
• Strong proficiency in

  React

  ,

  TypeScript

  ,

  JavaScript

  , and modern UI frameworks.
• Experience building

  SharePoint Apps, Teams Apps, and Office Add-ins

  .
• Good understanding of SharePoint site architecture, lists, libraries, permissions, and solution design.
  
• Ability to create structured requirement and technical design documentation.
  
• Experience with

  Azure DevOps

  (boards, repos, pipelines).
• Familiarity with

  Vibe Coding tools

  to improve development productivity.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
