Sr Specialist - Innovation

You will be joining Global Business Services (GBS) at adidas, where you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and operating end-to-end business solutions in finance, non-trade procurement, and human resources. Your contribution will drive operating efficiency, improve customer experience, enhance company agility and decision-making, and ensure a compliant and controlled environment. Your responsibilities will revolve around understanding business requirements and translating them into technical architecture, providing service advice, and collaborating with partners to move stakeholders from idea to prototype to production solution swiftly. Key Responsibilities: - Think strategically to develop innovative solutions in a dynamic environment - Manage a portfolio of projects by prioritizing work, planning, collaborating, and executing - Offer prolonged support for new and existing initiatives - Identify and qualify opportunities for innovation programs by working closely with adidas (GBS) leaders across business, markets, and functions - Lead and coordinate the delivery of solutions by collaborating with technology experts, services teams, and partners In this role, you will work closely with various teams within adidas, requiring you to be comfortable in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial technology environment. Your ability to work with cross-functional teams will be essential due to the interdependencies between different parts of the program.
