Job Description

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of generative AI solutions using state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning techniques.
Architect and deploy scalable AI solutions on Azure cloud, utilizing Azure AI services, storage, and compute resources.
Integrate generative AI models into web-based products and services, collaborating with front-end developers on JavaScript, React, or Next.js.
Design, develop, and maintain robust RESTful APIs using FastAPI for serving AI models and integrating with web or enterprise applications.
Design, build, and optimize AI agent workflows and applications using LangChain and LangGraph for complex, multi-step reasoning and orchestration.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into robust, production-ready AI systems.
Ensure best practices for AI model development, including data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, validation, and deployment.
Drive adoption of MLOps and DevOps practices on Azure for continuous integration and delivery of AI models.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI, cloud AI services, and web frameworks; disseminate insights to the broader team.
Champion the ethical use of AI, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Communicate complex technical concepts and project outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
