Sr Solution Consultant

As a Senior Solution Consultant at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), you will be a key player in delivering top-notch workforce management solutions to our clients. Your role will involve taking accountability for your success by utilizing your expertise in workforce management software to design and implement solutions that cater to the specific needs of our customers. Your exceptional communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to navigate complex environments and manage client relationships effectively, will be crucial for excelling in this position. Your responsibilities will include driving requirement assessment workshops independently, designing optimal solutions that meet customer requirements and business needs, creating requirement specification documents, configuring solutions as per requirements, and ensuring thorough unit testing. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support during various testing phases and effectively communicate technical concepts and solution approaches to customer project teams. Building strong relationships with client project teams, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, mentoring and providing guidance to team members, and being open to travel up to 25% for client meetings and project implementations will also be part of your role. You may also need to work in shifts to support global customers effectively. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences or a related field and have 6 to 10 years of overall experience. Knowledge of the product implementation lifecycle, experience as a consultant in a similar application environment, and expertise in WFM domain knowledge are essential. Familiarity with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) modules like Time Keeping, Accruals, and Leave, as well as proficiency in requirement gathering, solution designing, and configuring UKG or similar WFM products, are also required.
