Sr Software Engineer- Java/Scala

As a Sr. Software Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for developing key internal and customer-facing applications. You will collaborate closely with the Lead Software Engineer, project managers, data analysts, and other developers in a dynamic environment with various platforms, architectures, and technologies. Your role will require self-motivation, creativity, proactiveness, and a solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deploy production-grade services in large organizations with compliance requirements. - Manage all stages of the production software lifecycle, including customer interaction, development planning, tool and technology selection, software development, and deployment to stable production environments. - Utilize your 5+ years of professional software development and deployment experience, including expertise in continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing. - Engage with customers to incorporate their feedback into the product roadmap. - Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across teams in different time zones. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in developing internal and customer-facing applications. - Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple platforms, architectures, and technologies. - Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies. - 5+ years of professional software development and deployment experience. - Knowledge of continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams across different time zones.
