1. Must have 3 to 6 years of experience in Manual Software Testing 2. Functional skills o Must have experience in telecom domain. o Must have knowledge on OSS/BSS concepts. 3. Technical skills o Must have good understanding on testing concepts, test design techniques, test reporting. o Should know Agile Methodology. o Should have good understanding on Defect life cycle. o Collaborate with stakeholders throughout STLC for smooth execution of projects. o Ensures that all the test cases, scenarios and results are created to test the application. o Proficiency in SQL. o Knowledge on UNIX is an added advantage. 4. Good Communication & problem solving skill. 5. Should have ability to work as individual as well as a team member.
