Create, review and update Functional Designs for new and existing Integrations. Communicate with third parties about issues or changes on Integrations
Skills to analyze and fix integrations. Should be ready to be support 24x7 on call, for any significant priority 1 issues
Knowledge on SCM modules preferred. Key focus: Subject Matter expertise, Good Communication as this Customer Facing role, Proactive and Self driven.
