Sr. Software Engineer

Job Description

1. Manage and troubleshoot Matrixx CCS OR Huawei OCS systems. 2. Analyze and debug system-level logs and traces for operational issues. 3. Provide L2/L3 support for backend systems and Matrixx Charging System. 4. Expertise in signaling protocols: Diameter, SS7, GTP, HTTP2, SIP. 5. Must have Knowledge on basic Linux commands. 6. SQL queries & Maintenance required for OCS. 7.Develop and execute bash scriptsfor system optimization and monitoring. 8. Hands on experience on containerization Kubernetes, Dockersrequired for CCS matrixx. 9. Deploy and maintain CICD pipelinesand automation. 10. Proactive approach to performance monitoring using Prometheus and Grafanaand application Logging using ELK / Fluent Bit. 11. Emergency CSR handling on a 24/7 service level, with on call support. 12. Incident management, reporting, RCA preparation 13. Certification on MATRIXX Operations Specialist. 14.Ensure optimal system performance and compliance with SLAand KPImetrics. Huawei experienced resources Must have extensive knowledge of charging and billing system. Candidate should have hands on exposure in troubleshooting of charging system. Exposure to Huawei OCS / CBS system is preferred Telecom BSS, rating and charging background having good understanding of telecom business with good understanding of Linux system and commands. Knowledge of Kubernetes/Docker solutions Experience of in Application Support & Maintenance L2 Hands on experience in RHEL & scripting
