Sr. Software Engineer (Full Stack)

As a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Software Engineer (Full Stack) with a focus on front-end development, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications at Makse Group. Your primary responsibility will be front-end development tasks, accounting for approximately 70% of your time, with the remaining 30% dedicated to back-end development. **Responsibilities:** - Take a lead role in designing, developing, and implementing user-friendly and intuitive front-end solutions focusing on JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Redux. - Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into efficient front-end solutions. - Lead and delegate tasks to junior developers, providing guidance and mentoring for high-quality code and timely project delivery. - Participate in architectural discussions, offering insights to drive innovation and improve software development processes. - Develop and maintain back-end components, primarily focusing on API development and integration. - Write clean, well-documented, and scalable code following industry best practices. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and provide effective solutions. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Minimum 4+ years of experience in front-end development with expertise in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Redux. - Understanding of responsive web design principles and experience in building user-friendly interfaces. - Proficiency in back-end development, including API development experience. - Knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Experience leading and delegating tasks to junior developers. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies. - Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest technologies. **Preferred:** - Experience with additional front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). - Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java. - Knowledge of database systems and SQL. - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role. - Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and practices.
