Key Responsibilities

Analyze, design, develop, and test software applications within the TriZetto ecosystem.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Design, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, and Quality Assurance.
Enhance and maintain software solutions addressing key business challenges.
Support software applications through troubleshooting, debugging, and updates as required.
Apply strong logic, programming skills, and healthcare domain knowledge to deliver effective solutions.
Participate in systems validation, documentation, and process improvement activities.
Ensure application reliability, performance, and scalability through rigorous testing and review.
Work closely with Customer Support teams to resolve production issues and optimize user experience.
