Sr. Software Developer (MERN)

As an experienced Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying full-stack web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. Your role will involve optimizing applications for speed, scalability, and user experience while implementing secure APIs and web services. Additionally, you will architect scalable solutions, participate in design discussions, and maintain coding standards. You will play a crucial role in leading technical discussions, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality code and project success. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you troubleshoot performance issues, identify bottlenecks, and provide innovative solutions. Continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies will be essential to enhance productivity and incorporate modern tools into the development process. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. Hands-on experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API, along with expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), is required. Your solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, database architecture, and performance tuning (NoSQL & SQL) will be instrumental in delivering high-quality solutions. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, automated testing tools, TypeScript, Next.js, DevOps practices, serverless architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) will be beneficial. This full-time position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience with MERN Stack and the ability to work in person at the Nashik, Maharashtra location.
