Sr. Software Architect - Java Development

Role Overview: You will be joining Bright Vision Technologies as a Sr. Software Architect for Java Development. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-level software systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability. - Develop high-level product specifications and define software architecture choices. - Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance performance and efficiency. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code primarily in Java, while overseeing code reviews and contributing to the development of high-quality code standards. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the software engineering team, mentoring junior and senior engineers to promote a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence. - Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and other engineering teams to understand project requirements and deliver scalable solutions. - Stay up to date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in software development and architecture. Qualification Required: - Experience in agile development methodologies. - Strong proficiency in Java and related technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, and JPA. - Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale, distributed systems and enterprise-level applications. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Software Engineer, including architectural and design responsibilities.
