Sr Site Reliability Engineer

As a part of the team, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the infrastructure that supports ad exchange applications, collaborating with developers to ensure quality and performance benchmarks are met, building tools for infrastructure management, and optimizing performance across all components to minimize latency and maximize efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and maintain infrastructure supporting ad exchange applications, including load balancers, data stores, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring stacks. - Continuously improve infrastructure resilience, scalability, and efficiency to meet high request volume and latency requirements. - Develop policies and procedures to enhance platform stability and participate in shared On-call schedule. - Collaborate closely with developers to establish and uphold quality and performance benchmarks for applications before deployment. - Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on infrastructure-related aspects to enhance system performance and reliability. - Develop tools to simplify and enhance infrastructure management, automate processes, and improve operational efficiency. - Focus on reducing latency and maximizing efficiency across all components, from load balancers to database optimization. - Implement best practices and tools for performance monitoring, including real-time analysis and response mechanisms. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 4-6 years of experience managing services in large-scale distributed systems. - Strong understanding of networking concepts and modern software architectures. - Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Ruby, with a focus on automation. - Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and virtualization platforms. - Ability to independently own problem statements, manage priorities, and drive solutions.
