Sr. Service Engineer - Mechanical

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Service Engineer to lead our service and maintenance operations for HEMM (Heavy Earth Moving Machinery). The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining of heavy equipment used in mining, construction, or infrastructure projects. This role demands strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of HEMM machinery.
• Conduct preventive maintenance.
• Supervise and support junior service teams.
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
• Train site operators and mechanics on proper machine handling and routine checks.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental regulations.
• Provide on-site support at project sites as needed.
• Monitor equipment/machinery performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in servicing and maintaining HEMM in mining, construction, or similar industries.
• Ability to lead a team.
