Sr SAP SD Consultant

In this role as a SAP SD Facilitator, you will be responsible for the implementation and support of SAP SD. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and providing appropriate system solutions - Identifying, interpreting, validating, and documenting customer requirements - Facilitating workshops to collect business requirements - Mapping client business requirements, processes, and objectives, and developing necessary product modifications - Acting as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting and solving software problems - Handling changes or emergency transports for high priority issues - Proactively identifying and proposing business process and/or system enhancements - Providing consulting services on new implementations and existing support projects - Offering ad-hoc training and user support as required - Working self-directed and independently, and potentially acting as a subject matter mentor to junior team members Qualifications required for this role: - Graduate in any stream - 6-8 years of SAP experience in the SD module - Exposure to S4H is a must - Knowledge of Taxation GST and interface with GSTN - Good understanding of interfaces with external systems such as DMS, Portals, EWM, TM, etc. - Awareness about different types of interfaces including Idoc, XML, APIs, Webservices - SAP SD certification would be an added advantage.,
