About the Role - We are looking for a Salesforce & nCino Developer to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, including SFDC configurations, data security models, and APIs, along with experience in nCinos Bank Operating System. You will play a key role in Scrum teams, independently solving complex coding challenges, conducting code reviews, and collaborating on cross-team projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop and enhance solutions on Salesforce & nCino platforms. Work in a Scrum environment, delivering features in two-week sprints. Conduct code reviews and follow best practices. Contribute to cross-team framework projects and participate in design discussions. Stay updated on Salesforce technologies, coding best practices, and frameworks. Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to drive product success. Required Skills & Qualifications: Expert Salesforce knowledge (SFDC configurations, Data Security, APIs). Experience with nCino (cloud banking software). Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Knockout, etc.). Agile development experience with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication & collaboration abilities
