Sr. Salesforce Lead & Support Engineer

Your extensive experience as a Salesforce Lead & Support Engineer will be evident through your strong leadership abilities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Strong functional and development experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud FSL, RMA, Experience/Communities Cloud, and CPQ. - Experience in Zoho or similar support ticketing system. - Hands-on experience in the Salesforce deployment process, including source control management, change sets, workbench, and other tools. - Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and clients effectively. - Proficient in Salesforce integration (SOAP and Rest) with third-party systems. - Expertise in data exporting and importing using import wizard, Data Loader, and Workbench. - Skilled in data migration using Data Loader and Data IO tools. - Strong experience in Visualforce page, Apex Class, Salesforce configuration, and Salesforce customization. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience working as a Salesforce Lead and support engineer or in a similar role. - Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud FSL, RMA, Experience/Communities Cloud, and CPQ. - Hands-on experience in data migration using Data Loader and Data IO tools. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
