Role Overview: As a Sr. Salesforce CPQ/RLM Consultant at LogicRain Technologies, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and RLM to meet business requirements. Your expertise in implementing contract lifecycle management and integrating with third-party systems will be crucial in delivering tailored solutions to clients. Your role will involve troubleshooting system performance and collaborating with clients to ensure successful implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and RLM to align with business needs. - Develop pricing rules, approval workflows, product bundling, and discount structures within CPQ. - Implement contract lifecycle management (CLM) and subscription renewals in RLM. - Integrate Salesforce CPQ with third-party applications and ERP systems using APIs. - Build and enhance Apex, Lightning Components, and automation processes. - Troubleshoot and optimize system performance for scalability. - Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Qualifications Required: - Certified in Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or RLM (preferred). - Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Flow, and Process Builder. - Hands-on experience with pricing, quoting, contract renewals, and subscription management. - Familiarity with API Integrations & Third-Party Systems. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and client interaction abilities.
