Responsibilities: Design scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions aligned with business needs. Develop technical architecture, data models, integrations, and customizations. Ensure adherence to best practices and the Salesforce Well-Architected framework. Provide CPQ and CLM architectural guidance. Hands-on configuration and optimization of Salesforce CPQ features. Lead CPQ data migration and system integrations. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. Act as a CPQ subject matter expert, staying updated on Salesforce releases. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate solutions. Manage client expectations and provide project lifecycle guidance. Contribute to project management, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery. Ensure solution quality through thorough testing and debugging. Create technical documentation and provide end-user training. Skills: Deep Salesforce CPQ functional and technical expertise. Strong Salesforce platform knowledge (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud preferred). Experience with CPQ integration to other enterprise systems (APIs, middleware). Proficiency in data modeling within Salesforce and CPQ. Familiarity with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL (preferred). Strong business acumen in sales, pricing, and quoting processes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills. Proven project management abilities and familiarity with Agile. Understanding of solution design and enterprise architecture principles. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 8-13+ years Salesforce implementation experience with significant CPQ focus. 2+ years in a Salesforce CPQ Architect role or similar leadership capacity. Proven success in delivering complex CPQ projects. Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification (highly preferred). Experience in consulting or supporting internal CPQ implementations (preferred). Familiarity with Salesforce Billing, Revenue Cloud, and PRM (beneficial). Experience with quote-to-cash transformation programs (a plus).

Ability to co-ordinate with various business stake holders and source systems in getting Requirements and resolving the issues within SLA Provide optimized Technical Solutions for the issues.
