Role Overview: As the Event and Customer Experience Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete design and delivery process of events and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will also be accountable for driving sales results for your teams, identifying potential prospects, closing deals, and providing continuous feedback for sales improvement.
