Sr Sales Officer

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sr Sales Officer in the organic fertilizer/agriculture industry. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agriculture sector, with a strong background in sales and marketing.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers in the agriculture industry.


• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and expansion.


• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.


• Identify and pursue new business leads and opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agriculture sector, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.


• Strong knowledge of the agriculture industry, including fertilizers and related products.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.


• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales management tools is an added advantage.
