Sr. Sales Officer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive business growth through field sales and customer relationship management. The role requires strong communication, sales skills, and the ability to achieve targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers for financial/insurance products
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Achieve monthly business targets
• Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 1 year of field sales/marketing experience (BFSI preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
