Job Description:
Evermark Developers & Promoters is urgently hiring a Senior Sales Manager to lead property sales in the Kurali–Kharar region. The ideal candidate must have a strong channel partner (CP) network, proven real estate sales experience, and personal conveyance for local travel.

Responsibilities:

• Drive residential and commercial property sales in Kurali and nearby areas
• Build and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and local agents
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and close deals independently
• Generate leads through fieldwork and local networking
• Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and documentation
• Provide regular sales updates and market insights

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory)
• Strong CP network in Kharar–Kurali region
• Must have own conveyance for travel
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Immediate joiner preferred
