You will be joining a leading real estate consultancy firm, Search Homes India Private Limited, as a Sr Sales Executive- Real Estate in Bengaluru. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively engage with potential customers, provide detailed property information, and guide them through the buying process. Your role will involve devising effective sales strategies, achieving sales targets, nurturing client relationships, and staying informed about market trends and property values. To excel in this role, you should possess strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, and a good understanding of the real estate market in Bengaluru. Problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is required, while previous experience in real estate sales would be advantageous.
