Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Brother Tech Solution, your role will involve identifying and targeting potential clients in industries such as restaurants, supermarkets, food processing plants, and warehouses. You will be responsible for generating leads through cold calling, networking, and customer visits. Additionally, your responsibilities will include conducting market mapping, gathering competitor insights, and expanding business opportunities. You will prepare costing, equipment selection, quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Providing technical presentations, explaining product benefits to clients, and collaborating with technical, installation, and service teams for smooth project execution will be crucial. Maintaining long-term customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business, as well as collecting market intelligence to provide insights for strategy building, will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications and Experience: - Preferable Degree - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration Engineering - 5-8 years of sales experience in cold storage, industrial refrigeration, or related industries Skills Required: - Strong technical understanding of cold storage systems, refrigeration units, insulation, and temperature control - Knowledge of cold storage, blast freezers, and prefabricated cold rooms - Existing network in the food, pharma, or logistics industry Benefits: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Application Question(s): - Current CTC - Expected CTC Experience: - Project management: 5 years (Required) - Engineering services: 5 years (Preferred) Location: - Jaipur city, Rajasthan (Preferred) Willingness to travel: - 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person Join Brother Tech Solution as a Sales Executive and contribute to the growth and success of the company in the Services Engineering industry.
